As the coordinator of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce Youth Table, Marie-Charles uses her optimism and ability to create partnerships to bring NDG youth organizations and institutions closer. Her background in anthropology and master’s degree in urban studies contribute to the identification and analysis of the community’s needs. She also uses her leadership skills to develop collaborative actions to better the quality of life of local youths and their families.
