dur\u00e9e de <strong>45 \u00e0 90 minutes<\/strong>, sont offertes en <strong>fran\u00e7ais et en anglais<\/strong>. \u00c0 la fin de chaque cours, les participants obtiennent un <strong>certificat de r\u00e9ussite<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les premiers secours psychologiques permettent de mieux comprendre les r\u00e9actions au stress, de renforcer son bien-\u00eatre et d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir des outils
