The Black Community Resource Centre (BCRC) invites Black and visible minority youth (18–35) to participate in “Through Our Eyes: Reality, Resilience, and Change,” a free VR training program designed to combat systemic discrimination and anti-Black racism in Quebec.
This immersive experience combines VR storytelling with interactive workshops and community dialogue to build empathy, raise awareness, and provide practical tools for addressing hate crimes and bias.
Participants will receive hands-on training in VR content creation, document real-life experiences of injustice (such as racial profiling and workplace bias), and collaborate with community leaders and experts to amplify their voices and advocate for change.
Join us for a virtual information session on June 10 (6:00–7:15 PM) to learn more and register.
For questions, contact communitycoordinator@bcrcmontreal.com.
