Disputes and Credit Card Representative

In this role, you’ll be part of the Dispute Contact Centre team. You’ll answer incoming calls from our credit card clients and calls transferred from other CIBC departments. You’ll also make outgoing calls to our credit card clients.
The start date for this role is March 14th 2022. Our Contact Centre is open Monday to Sunday 7:00am to midnight. This is a full-time and shift oriented role with an opportunity to potentially work from home.
We have embarked on an Agent@Home remote work program. All employees may be given the opportunity to work from home, if you can meet the Agent@Home program requirements and are able to attend your primary work location within two hours’ notice.
