A paid work placement program by Youth on the Rise
Attention Employers and Recruiters!
Are you in search of fresh, talented individuals to fill your entry-level positions? Look no further! We invite you to join our exclusive network of employers partnering with Youth on the Rise, a paid work placement program that trains young adults aged 18-30 and places them in Montreal-based entry-level jobs (30-40 hours/week).
Participants of the program are trained over an 8-week period to become workforce ready through participating in online workshops and the acquisition of power skills. In this cohort, we have individuals who are passionate about illustration and design, logistics and construction, administration, arts, community work, non-profit, and accounting. What’s in it for you? Participating employers would be entitled to a subsidized rate (up to 70% of minimum wage).
