Katimavik : Des projects d‘explorations personal and professionals!
The National Experience offers all Canadian citizens, permanent residents or landed refugees between the ages of 17 and 25 who are looking to improve their lives through creative learning, community involvement and ds self-discovery to travel for 5 and a half months.
They will have the chance to live with 10 other young people from diverse backgrounds and dto discover two Canadian communities. They will contribute with 32 hours of valuable volunteer time per week, participate in Truth-telling and Active Reconciliation, and dThe program develops skills related to civic engagement, employability and self-determination. Cohorts are dfrom January to June and from July to October. dDecember.
FuturParfait is a new program that supports young people in dcareer starters. We match our participants with real employers. For 3 months, our participants will have the chance to live in Quebec City and work in the tourism industry.
The young people are supported by a developer d’and will not only gain valuable work experience, but will also be able to professional but also important career skills.
The program is open to young people who have reached the legal age of majority in their province. d‘We're looking for people who are from 18 or 19 years of age to 30 years of age, and who are citizens, permanent residents or have recognized refugee status in Canada.
