Elena holds a Master in Communication and has been with the CJE NDG team for over four year. Starting as a youth entrepreneurship awareness and promotion officer, she is now a part of the organization’s 16-35 career development team. In this respect, she supports young people in their socio-professional integration process. Elena is passionate about issues related to immigration and the integration of newcomers. She is currently pursuing postgraduate training in International Administration at l’École nationale d’administration publique du Québec
