Hans has been leading the CJE NDG since its founding. A trained social worker, his open-minded and collaborative leadership style has been at the heart of creating a space for youth and job seekers that leaves no one behind. Over the years, he has represented the organization on boards and committees within NDG and beyond. Originally from Germany, he has always had an international outlook on the CJE’s projects, and has stayed afloat demographic and political trends to ensure our services meet the real and changing needs of our clients.
