A creative youth worker working with clients between the ages of 15 and 29, Lynn’s practice focuses on individual intervention and group facilitation as well as personal and community development. She has an interest in alternative ways to engage youth in school perseverance, which led to her founding the hip-hop literacy organisation W.O.R.D. Lynn believes that community programming is a vital resource in meeting the needs of populations who seek opportunities. She has a holistic approach to programming design that creates links between her young clients and positive adult role models to ensure the youths’ success.
