Marcelle Partouche Gutierrez is a wellness researcher, foster youth advocate, community organizer, committed artist and administrator. As a former youth protection caseworker, she has dedicated her life to supporting her community through a peer-help organization. MYCASA promotes support, love and the creation of spaces of holistic healing, belonging and liberation for BIPOC youth in the child welfare system.
