Study program objectives
Develop the skills needed to maintain and repair facilities and infrastructure, equipment and materials on site.
Prepare students to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the premises.
Develop the student's responsibility to: welcome customers, ensure quality of service and receive comments, requests and complaints from customers during their stay on site.
