Aire Ouverte
Aire Ouverte is a place managed in collaboration with local community organizations, where young people aged aged 12 to 25 can benefit from different services relating to the following areas:
- Emotions and mental health (e.g. anger, sadness, concerns about the future, anxiety, depression, difficult situations).
- Well-being (e.g.: conflicts, violence, difficult relationships, drugs, alcohol, addictive games, etc.);
- Health (e.g.: sexuality, pregnancy, screening tests);
Professionals, including a nurse or social worker, are on site and can answer your questions or help you find services that meet your needs.
These services are free, confidential and offered on a flexible schedule, with or without an appointment.
The Aire Ouverte team will be on site at Carrefour Jeunesse Emploi NDG (CJE NDG) every Thursday from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm for walk-in business.

Aire ouverte: services for young people aged 12 to 25
A unique environment for young people
At an Aire ouverte service point, teenagers and young adults receive a welcome and services tailored to their needs. Professionals, such as a nurse or social worker, are on hand to welcome them, listen to them and help them find solutions. Staff are competent and understanding, and the help they provide is non-judgmental, regardless of the person's situation, occupation or condition. Each Aire ouverte site has been developed with the participation of young people aged 12 to 25.
The services offered at Aire ouverte are free of charge and respect your privacy.
