Between 16 and 25 years old, Or do you know someone looking for their first apartment experience?
Aire Ouverte has great news!
‘J'pars en appart’ is a series of 7 free workshops, specially designed to help young people make the transition to independence. Because moving out on your own is often synonymous with questions, stress and new responsibilities:
How do I manage school/work and my personal life?
How can I pay my bills without stress?
How can I eat a balanced diet without blowing my budget?
Our workshops will answer all these questions and more:
Session 1: Strong start (activity/icebreaker to bond the group)
Session 2: Key responsibilities (identifying and overcoming obstacles)
Session 3: Eating on a budget (planning and cooking tips)
Session 4: Grocery rally (hands-on workshop)
Session 5: Control your spending (budgeting)
Session 6: Simplified balance (maintaining a balanced lifestyle)
Session 7: Final buffet (closing event)
