L'Atelier is an alternative artistic resource for mental health, offering the practice of arts and crafts as a therapeutic, socialization and self-actualization tool. It is aimed at people with mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, bipolarity, schizophrenia, etc.).
We're contacting you today because we're recruiting for our TRANSART back-to-work program.
More specifically, Transart is a FREE program that allows you to :
- Foster the development of greater self-awareness (interests, motivations, strengths, etc.).
- Identify employment environments that correspond to your needs, so that you can reintegrate into the workforce
- Take time for yourself by practicing a craft in a creative, welcoming and colorful space.
- Join a group of like-minded people
- Support from a qualified socio-professional integration teacher and an employability consultant
- Be supported in achieving your goals, while respecting your own pace
The program lasts 6 months full-time, and includes a 4-week internship offered by l'Atelier, in partnership with Services-Québec.
The next cohort starts in March 2023.
Other information :
- The Transart program is full-time (2 days in employability training and 3 days in a craft workshop).
- A weekly allowance supplement is offered during participation, as well as access to the OPUS card at a reduced rate.
- The program is subsidized by Services Québec.
