General information about the event :
The 3rd edition of the Salon de l'emploi et de la formation de St-Michel is a concerted project initiated by the office of the provincial deputy for Viau, Mr. Frantz Benjamin, and supported by the Carrefour jeunesse emploi du center nord. In general, the Salon aims to promote and foster local employment and educational and vocational training, an important issue for the population of Saint-Michel and the surrounding area. Beyond this one-time event, the organizers hope to initiate relationships between local businesses and the community (residents, community organizations, local institutions, etc.), in order to develop collaborations beneficial to the economic and social development of the neighborhoods.

The St-Michel job and training fair offers a rich program for participants:
- 22 employer kiosks
- 12 school and vocational training kiosks
- An advice area and workshops for job seekers. - An educational or training guidance area for participants. - Meeting and orientation areas.
- Panel discussions.
- An opportunity for flash interviews on site for participants with a profile matching the job offers of exhibiting employers.
The organizing committee is made up of the following organizations:
