In Quebec, over a million people are disabled (hearing, motor, language, intellectual, psychological, etc.). Unfortunately, the unemployment rate is still very high for this segment of the population, despite the current labor shortage*.
Our We'll take a look at the labor pool represented by people with disabilities, and the services available to employers (job adaptation, integration support, collaboration with resources and financial support).
