Summary:
Local heroes offers the opportunity to volunteer this summer. The goal is to engage young people in an interesting and educational conversation about artificial intelligence (AI) and technology. We want to encourage discussion and discovery of emerging technologies and stimulate public interest. We're looking for young people aged 20 and under to be filmed for our educational videos. We'll send you the consent form once you contact us.
Summary of Heroes of Home, Our Mission:
Founded in 2018, Local heroes democratize education in emerging technologies, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), among young people between the ages of 12 and 25. Produced by our multidisciplinary team, we create original, fun, educational and up-to-date content. We create video content with AI experts, 2D animations, turnkey workshops and educational content for schools. Our approach highlights atypical local careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), while encouraging students to stay in school and get involved.
Involvement :
Young people aged 20 and under are invited to volunteer with our organization by taking part in the filming of content, mainly by being filmed and reading scripts. We need about 20 young people for the whole summer, but about 2 per shoot.
Date: From now on, June to August, every Friday (half-day)
Location: 8-minute walk from Bonaventure station
Possibility: AM or PM, depending on availability
