We're holding a recruitment event on Wednesday, August 3, 2022 Starbucks where all participating restaurants are located close to your online organization.
This event is part of the MONEntrevue program, a pan-Canadian project aimed at lowering the barriers to employment faced by young people aged 16 to 29 who are neither in employment, education or training.
The first step in the process is to register the candidate for the MYInterview program. Once this has been done, we will contact them directly so that they can register for the preparation workshop and interview:

How the program works :

- We contact the candidate by telephone to register them for the interview that interests them most, and for a preparation workshop if they need one.
- Candidates can take advantage of interview preparation: presentation of the company, questions/answers, specifics of the online interview.
- The candidate is involved in the recruitment process: guaranteed interview, honest feedback, post-interview coaching support.
- He/she gets a job!
- Interview didn't go well? We'll keep him/her informed of future opportunities and refer him/her to an employability organization if necessary.
