The CJE NDG is a non-profit organization that specializes in employment service support. Our services are primarily aimed at young people aged 16 to 35 living in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, Côte Saint-Luc, Hampstead and Montreal West neighbourhoods. We also serve adults aged 35 and over living anywhere on the island of Montreal. Our objective is to help our clients become equipped for the labour market in all of its technicalities so they can achieve their goals.
Our employment services include personalized meetings with an employment counsellor, entrepreneurship programs, international cooperation projects, programs deployed in secondary schools, group workshops, French conversation groups, networking programs and much more.
We operate thanks to the support of various organizations, including recurrent government grants. Our true strength is our team of dedicated employees. The twenty-some staff members at the CJE NDG offer our clients extensive expertise in the employability sector, in addition to tailored and wide-ranging support with a focus on fostering the client’s assets and goals.
Since our founding twenty years ago, our services have helped more than 15,000 people! The CJE NDG is an essential resource in the neighbourhood and is truly committed to the community and the well being of its constituents.
